    2. Export these snapshots to Amazon EC2.
    3. Once available in EC2, you can use AWS DataSync to move the data to Amazon S3 or other AWS storage services.

    2. Demonstrates how you might start creating resources around Lightsail within a Pulumi program, although actual data migration is beyond the scope here and would require additional scripting and setup.

    The blueprintId and bundleId are specific to your use case. They determine what OS the instance will run and the machine specification, respectively. I've used placeholder values ("string") for both of them in this example—you will need to replace these with actual IDs from Lightsail. The keyPairName should be the name of an SSH key pair already created in your AWS account.

    When you are ready to deploy this infrastructure code, run pulumi up in your command-line interface in the directory where this code resides. Pulumi will perform the deployment for you.

    This code will produce a new Lightsail instance but doesn't perform data transfer. For that, you would need to:

    1. Initiate snapshots of your volumes in Lightsail.
    2. Create corresponding EBS volumes from snapshots in EC2.
    3. Use DataSync or a similar tool to sync data to S3.

    You can automate these steps using the AWS CLI and AWS SDK for a programming language of your choice, such as Python, Node.js, or Ruby.

    Remember, data transfer charges may apply when you move data between AWS services, so it’s essential to keep an eye on your AWS billing and pricing to understand the costs involved.
