Class JsonSubTypeAttribute
Registers a candidate concrete subtype on a polymorphic base — the C# analog
of a single @JsonSubTypes.Type entry. The generator emits one per
concrete type in the base's subtree; the wire value for each comes from that
type's JsonSubTypeNameAttribute.
