    Creates a virtual tape with a user-defined barcode on a Tape Gateway (VTL). A virtual tape is stored in Amazon S3 and can be archived to S3 Glacier or S3 Glacier Deep Archive.

    Using getTape

    Two invocation forms are available. The direct form accepts plain arguments and either blocks until the result value is available, or returns a Promise-wrapped result. The output form accepts Input-wrapped arguments and returns an Output-wrapped result.

    The date and time that the virtual tape was created.

    The size, in bytes, of data stored on the virtual tape.
