Use this resource to create, update, and delete New Relic Scorecards.
Scorecards let you define and track engineering quality standards across your organisation by grouping NRQL-based rules that evaluate your entities on a recurring schedule.
NOTE: Rules are managed as separate
newrelic.ScorecardRuleresources and attached via theruleIdsattribute. Each rule can only belong to one scorecard at a time. Attempting to attach a rule that is already assigned to another scorecard will fail. Remove the rule from its current scorecard first.
NOTE: To assign a rule to a specific progress tier, set
progressLevelon thenewrelic.ScorecardRuleto match one of theidvalues declared in this scorecard’sprogressLevelsblock (e.g.progressLevel = "red"). See the Progress Level Relationship example in the rule documentation for a full walkthrough.
Example Usage
import * as pulumi from "@pulumi/pulumi";
import * as newrelic from "@pulumi/newrelic";

},
});

Scorecard Resource Properties
To learn more about resource properties and how to use them, see Inputs and Outputs in the Architecture and Concepts docs.
Inputs
In Python, inputs that are objects can be passed either as argument classes or as dictionary literals.
The Scorecard resource accepts the following input properties:
- Description string
- A description of the scorecard's purpose.
- Name string
- The name of the scorecard.
- Progress
Levels List<Pulumi.New Relic. Inputs. Scorecard Progress Level> - One or more blocks defining the scorecard's scoring tiers (e.g. Red / Amber / Green). Levels can be added, updated, or removed in-place without recreating the scorecard. If omitted, the organisation's default levels are applied and stored in state. See Nested
progressLevelsblocks below. - Rule
Ids List<string> - A set of
newrelic.ScorecardRuleentity GUIDs to attach to this scorecard. Removing a GUID detaches the rule without deleting it, making it available for another scorecard. -
List<Pulumi.
New Relic. Inputs. Scorecard Tag> - One or more
tagsblocks assigning key-value metadata to this scorecard. Tags prefixed withnr.are managed by New Relic and are preserved automatically. Each block supports:
- Description string
- A description of the scorecard's purpose.
- Name string
- The name of the scorecard.
- Progress
Levels []ScorecardProgress Level Args - One or more blocks defining the scorecard's scoring tiers (e.g. Red / Amber / Green). Levels can be added, updated, or removed in-place without recreating the scorecard. If omitted, the organisation's default levels are applied and stored in state. See Nested
progressLevelsblocks below. - Rule

Import
Scorecards can be imported using the entity GUID:
$ pulumi import newrelic:index/scorecard:Scorecard example <guid>
To find a scorecard’s GUID, use terraform state show after applying, or query NerdGraph:
{
actor {
entityManagement {
entitySearch(query: "type = 'SCORECARD' AND name = 'Your Scorecard Name'") {
entities { id name }
}
}
}
}
NOTE: Scorecards are NGEP entities and are not returned by the
newrelic.getEntitydata source. Use the NerdGraph query above orterraform state show newrelic_scorecard.exampleto retrieve the GUID.
