powerscale.Provider
Explore with Pulumi AI
The provider type for the powerscale package. By default, resources use package-wide configuration
settings, however an explicit Provider
instance may be created and passed during resource
construction to achieve fine-grained programmatic control over provider settings. See the
documentation for more information.
Create Provider Resource
Resources are created with functions called constructors. To learn more about declaring and configuring resources, see Resources.

Provider Resource Properties
To learn more about resource properties and how to use them, see Inputs and Outputs in the Architecture and Concepts docs.
Inputs
In Python, inputs that are objects can be passed either as argument classes or as dictionary literals.
The Provider resource accepts the following input properties:
- Auth
Type double - what should be the auth type, 0 for basic and 1 for session-based. This can also be set using the environment variable POWERSCALE_AUTH_TYPE
- Endpoint string
- The API endpoint, ex. https://172.17.177.230:8080. This can also be set using the environment variable POWERSCALE_ENDPOINT
- Insecure bool
- whether to skip SSL validation. This can also be set using the environment variable POWERSCALE_INSECURE
- Password string
- The password. This can also be set using the environment variable POWERSCALE_PASSWORD
- Timeout double
- specifies a time limit for requests. This can also be set using the environment variable POWERSCALE_TIMEOUT
- Username string
- The username. This can also be set using the environment variable POWERSCALE_USERNAME
- Auth
Type float64 - what should be the auth type, 0 for basic and 1 for session-based. This can also be set using the environment variable POWERSCALE_AUTH_TYPE
