Provides a list of per-user setting parameters available for Managed Databases. Supported only for PostgreSQL, PostgreSQL for 1C, PostgreSQL TimescaleDB, and PGVector. For more information about user settings, see the official Selectel documentation for PostgreSQL, PostgreSQL for 1C, PostgreSQL TimescaleDB, and PGVector.
