Use the zpa_cloud_browser_isolation_certificate data source to get information about Cloud Browser Isolation Certificate. This data source information is required as part of the attribute certificateIds when creating an Cloud Browser Isolation External Profile zpa.CloudBrowserIsolationExternalProfile
