Customer Success Architect

I’m a Customer Success Architect at Pulumi, where I help customers adopt and scale infrastructure as code in production environments. My work includes architecture reviews, technical enablement, solution design tailored to each customer’s environment, and demonstrating how teams can use Pulumi to build and operate cloud infrastructure more effectively. I also work closely with engineering and product teams to advocate for the improvements that matter most to customers running Pulumi at scale.

Before joining Pulumi, I worked in cloud infrastructure security and software engineering, with a focus on AWS environments. I’ve worked with clients in financial services, healthcare, and consumer goods to automate secure network deployments, evaluate security tooling and network connectivity, design logging and monitoring solutions, and implement production-ready Identity and Access Management systems. Alongside infrastructure and security work, I developed full-stack tooling for network management and operations, giving me a strong background in both software development and cloud platform engineering.

My interests are centered around cloud security, identity, and infrastructure as code, particularly the intersection of IAM, network security, and automation. I’m especially interested in how AI and developer tooling can make secure cloud environments easier to build, operate, and maintain at scale.
